Questions

When am I charged?

On the yearly plan, not during the 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. The monthly plan is charged when you subscribe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your profile in two clicks. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to the free plan and keeps all your progress.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 30 days of a payment and you get your money back, no questions asked.

Do I need an account?

Not for the first room of each course. After that, a free account opens one new lesson a day up to room 5. Rooms 6 and up are Premium. With Premium, sign in with the email you paid with and your progress and Premium follow you to every device.

Is tax included?

Yes. The price you see is the price you pay. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT.
