30-day money-back guarantee

  • You can request a full refund within 30 days of your first Premium payment, for any reason.
  • You can also request a full refund within 30 days of any renewal payment (for example, if a yearly plan renewed and you didn't mean to keep it).
  • After a refund, Premium ends and your account returns to the free plan. Your progress is kept.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or use the link in your receipt from Paddle. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country with a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies in addition to this guarantee.
