Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Briefle (https://briefle.org), a learning service operated by Zekeriya Çavdar, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By using Briefle you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Briefle offers interactive lessons, practice exercises and reference material that teach the vocabulary needed to brief AI tools about design, writing and code. Part of the service is free; a paid Premium subscription removes the daily limit on new lessons.
2. Orders and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
3. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
- Premium is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in your profile (Account, then Cancel subscription), from the link in your receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
5. Your use of the service
- You may use Briefle for personal learning and for your own work.
- Do not copy, resell or republish our lessons, exercises or briefs in bulk, and do not scrape the service or try to get around the free daily limit or Premium access checks.
- Text you type into the service (for example, your briefs) must not break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
6. Content and intellectual property
The lessons, exercises, example screens, texts, code samples and design of Briefle belong to us. Product and company names used in examples are fictional unless stated otherwise. You keep ownership of the briefs you write; you allow us to store them and use them in anonymised form to run and improve the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Briefle available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove lessons and features. If we permanently discontinue Premium, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Briefle is an educational service. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
