Try it as a puzzle →A yoga and spin studio owner lists the features for the booking app a freelancer will build in six weeks.
Why: B is ordered top to bottom so the freelancer knows what to build next; A is a wishlist in random order.
More ways experts use it
Build a two-sprint backlog for these five stories with a Notes column that calls out every dependency and blocker: which story it needs first, plus any other team, vendor or approval, with owner and date. Sequence the sprints so nothing is scheduled before what it depends on.
