Decision point

A step in a flow where the path splits depending on a condition, usually drawn as a diamond.

Say it to an AI

Map car claim triage with each decision point written as an explicit business rule with numbers and AND/OR, e.g. “Amount > $2,000 OR injury reported?”, labeled Yes/No branches, and a named outcome with a response time at the end of every branch.

How an expert would brief the stronger version of “Claim triage flow”.

Try it as a puzzle →

A car insurance app maps how new photo-based claims get routed to auto-approval or a human.

Study A · the weaker one
Study B · the stronger one

Why: Both have two diamonds with Yes/No branches; only B's can be evaluated by a computer.
