Destructive action
An action that deletes, overwrites or loses data in a way that can't easily be undone, so it needs extra care and protection.
Say it to an AI
Delete-project confirmation dialog with exactly one primary action: a solid red "Delete project" button, clearly styled as a destructive action. Cancel is an outlined secondary button placed before it, with both right-aligned in standard button order and initial focus on Cancel.
How an expert would brief the stronger version of “Delete confirmation”.
See it
Try it as a puzzle →Confirmation dialog before deleting a shared project in a task manager.
Why: Both put the red Delete button last, but only B lets it be the one strong color; in A it shares the spotlight with a blue Cancel.
