What the AI produces when a prompt leaves a choice open, usually the most common pattern it has seen.
Say it to an AI
Write an 80-word listing for our handmade stoneware mug (350 ml, speckled oat glaze, dishwasher-safe). Plain, concrete and calm. Not like this: “Elevate your morning ritual with this stunning, must-have mug!” No hype words, no exclamation marks, no emoji.
How an expert would ask for the stronger version of “Handmade mug listing”.

Why: With only 'not salesy' to go on, A's reply tones the hype down but still reaches for stock shop phrases like 'truly one of a kind' and 'A small, simple luxury'.
