A short description of a requirement from the user's point of view, often written as 'As a [who], I want [what], so that [why]'.

Write this kanban card as a user story: 'As a personal shopper… I want… so that…'. Make the persona concrete (in the store, mid-order) and make the 'so that' state the customer outcome, not the button.
