Ambiguity

When wording can reasonably be read more than one way, leaving the reader or AI to guess which meaning you intended.

Say it to an AI

From the attached export, count August active users, where 'active' means at least one login and at least one logged workout in August; logins alone don't count. Give the count, the share of all logged-in accounts, and how you filtered.

How an expert would ask for the stronger version of “Monthly active users”.

Try it as a puzzle →

A product manager at a fitness app asks an AI to count active users from a data export.

Study A · the stronger one
Study B · the weaker one

Why: 'Active users' could mean any login or real use; B's reply silently picks 'at least one login' and reports 3,910.
