Aspect ratio
The ratio of a shape's width to its height; in charts it sets how steep a line looks, in images how a picture is cropped.
Say it to an AI
Board slide with a line chart of monthly churn, April to September, on a 2.4% to 3.2% axis. Keep a wide aspect ratio (banking), roughly 2.3:1, so the slope (rate of change) is not exaggerated; dots on each month, five tick labels, a one-line metric definition in the footer.

See it
Try it as a puzzle →A churn trend slide in a SaaS company's board deck, exported from the analytics tool.
Why: A's plot is more than twice as wide as it is tall; B's is taller than wide, and the identical line looks about four times steeper.
