Luminance contrast
The difference in lightness between text and its background, which drives readability more than hue does.

Bold blue promo card for the early-bird festival passes. Keep the saturation on the background only: white headline and price, pale blue body copy and a white button, with a soft yellow tag for energy. No saturated text on the blue, since vibrating colors kill luminance contrast.
