Color vision deficiency

Also called color blindness

A common condition where some hues, most often red and green, are hard to tell apart.

Say it to an AI

PR checks list where status never relies on color alone: use redundant encoding with a check, cross or clock icon plus a short 'Passed/Failed/Running' label in the status color, so a red-green color vision deficiency doesn't hide the failed check.

Study A · the stronger one
Study B · the weaker one

Why: For someone with deuteranopia, B's red 'Unit tests' dot blends in with the green ones; A's cross icon still stands out.
