Active voice

A sentence where the subject does the action, as in 'we'll send the report', rather than having it done to it.

Say it to an AI

Meeting recap for the Oct 2 launch sync. Write every line in active voice as an action item: owner first, verb, task, due date (e.g. 'Aisha will email beta users by Friday'). No passive constructions like 'it was decided' or 'will be reviewed'.
